FTTH Socket Material
FTTH socket is featured as small size to fix the modules, provide production to fiber and connectors. It is one of the products mainly used in FTTD/FTTH solution. We provide various version FTTH socket, they all have features as follow:

ABS material characteristics:
ABS is one of synthetic resins with excellent impact, heat, low temperature, chemical resistance and electrical property.
ABS material is non-toxic, ivory transparent powder or particles with density 1.08~1.18g/cm3, 0.4~0.9% shrinkage, 0.2Gpa elastic modulus, Poisson’s ratio at 0.394, and the hygroscopicity is 250 degree, those features ensure its excellent impact, crash strength and can be used at low temperature.
The FTTH BOX ABS material thermal deformation is at 93~118 degree, and still have certain toughness at -40 degrees, it enables the FTTH socket to be used under the temperature range from -40~100degree
The ABS material is almost immune to temperature, humidity, frequency, and anti inorganic salt, alkalis to be applied in various environments, but it has poor weather resistance and prone to degradation under the UV light and result in crash resistance to be degraded half if used outdoor after half year.
