Warranty and Return

All products provided Fiber Zip Technology come with one year warranty. Fiber Zip Technology Co..Ltd warrants to the buyer that all fiber optic products and materials are sold will perform in accordance with the applicable data sheets or written or required specifications. It also warrants that, at the time of sale, the goods will be free from defects in material or workmanship.

This warranty shall apply for a period of one year from the date of shipment, unless goods have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, damage, improper installation or maintenance, or alteration or repair

Buyer should notify Fiber Zip Technology promptly in writing of any claim with proofs with related order number when there is a defect, Fiber Zip Technology will give written solutions or update within 24hours to the claims.
